1.Equipment Composition and Working Principle
1.1Feeding mechanism: composed of frame, linear guide rail, manual valve, pneumatic cylinder, limit rod, support rail, positioning plate, etc. The core body is placed on the supporting track, and the gasket and plastic tank are manually placed. The core body is pushed to the positioning plate after the inspection is completed. Rotate the manual valve, pneumatic cylinder moves forward, adjust the position of limit rod. The pneumatic cylinder moves back, and the distance between the support track is changed accordingly so as to assembly core with different thickness.
1.2 Pushing mechanism: comprised of moving mechanism and pushing device. The moving mechanism is composed of bracket, cross beam, linear guide rail, slide plate, synchronous tooth type belt, belt wheel, reducer, servo motor, electric switch and so on. The pushing device is composed of support seat, gear, rack rotating shaft,swing arm and push rod. When the pneumatic cylinder moves forward, the push rod lowers, the core is moved to next working position through the servo motor, the reducer, the pulley and synchronous gear.
1.3Clinching machine 1#: It consists of clinching machine body, side clamping device, upper clamping device, front-end clinching mechanism, long-side clinching mechanism, walking mechanism and back-end clinching mechanism. At this clinching position, the core can be completed clinched (long side, front end and back end). The front and rear end clinching mechanism have the moving function, which make up the channel for core pushing and make room for the long side clinching mechanism. The distance of the crimping claw of the long side clinching mechanism is adjustable, and the clinching speed is also controllable.
1.4Turn-over moving mechanism: comprised of base frame, linear guide rail, slide plate, receiving mechanism, collision avoidance mechanism, clamping and turning mechanism, turning and lifting device and shifting device. When the core moves in position, the clamping device moves forward and clamps the core. The overturn lifting device moves upward, and the header departs from support rail. The receiving mechanism, and collision avoidance mechanism withdraw. The turning mechanism makes a 180 degree turn, and at the same time the shifting device moves to the next working position. The collision avoidance mechanism and receiving mechanism move forward and form the support rail. The turning and lifting device moves downward, and the header plate reaches the support rail. The clamping device unfastens the core, and moves backward.
1.5 Pushing mechanism 2#: same function as item 4.2. It is responsible for pushing the core to the temporary storage area and waiting to enter the rotating mechanism.
1.6Temporary storage area:The support rail distance of the temporary storage area is adjustable.
1.7 Rotating mechanism (1 person operation): the core is rotated for 90 degree. The operator manually places the sealing ring, and the plastic tank. The core is waiting to be clinched for 2nd clinching machine.
1.8 Pushing mechanism 3: it is responsible for pushing the core to the temporary storage area of 2nd clinching machine.
1.9 Clinching machine 2#:same as item 4.3.
1.10Temporary storage area: it is sued to keep the clinched core. The operator should take away the ready core in time, otherwise the next core can’t enter. Production will be affected.
